During the last days of our recent time in Montpellier, we learned that a long-time (40+ years) friend of ours was in the hospital. Her condition was very serious and she passed away shortly after our return. She loved to have fun, and was a very loving mom to her daughter. We will remember her well, and hope to continue to share in her daughter’s life and the granddaughter she will never see.

So when we wonder if this is the right time to dramatically change our lives, and experience the travels we desire we know we should not delay. We will move forward, maybe even pick up the pace. We have been so very fortunate, having happy lives filled with good friends and loving family, and we know that now is not the time to slow down. If our journey is cut short, we will have no regrets.
