Strasbourg – a Visual Retrospective

_MG_4198Strasbourg was a great location from which to explore this part of Europe. At the eastern edge of France, we were close to the Alsatian wine villages, Germany and the Black Forest, Switzerland and the Alps, but Strasbourg was a gem in itself. The Cathedral, celebrating its 1000th anniversary this year, was the centerpiece. But as we roamed the back streets and along the canals, especially when we could get away from the holiday-makers from France, Germany, Asia and just about everywhere else in the world it seemed, we found a beautiful city that we share here without further text. Just a few captions on the images to provide some context. We hope you enjoy Strasbourg, through our eyes.
